Who Runs It
Custom Barndominium Floor Plans is published by Ian Hart Design LLC in North Carolina. Ian grew up around his family's metal scrap recycling business in Kentucky, which led him into metal buildings, prefab construction and barndominiums. He also runs Barndominium.org and BarndominiumsPlans.com.
Who Draws The Plans
Custom plans ordered through this site are drawn by the design team at BarndominiumPlans.com, which handles the intake, drafting, revisions, delivery and post-delivery support. Pricing, turnaround times and policies on this site reflect that service and can change, so the order page always shows the current rate.
Affiliate Disclosure
This site earns a commission when you order plans through our links, at no extra cost to you. Links to the design service are marked as sponsored. We only describe what the service delivers, and we tell you plainly when a stock plan or a modification would serve you better than custom design.
